We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, imagery, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.

As our eyewear is design-led and may include handcrafted or low-batch elements, slight variations in finish, tone, or appearance may occur.

Please note that product colours may vary depending on your screen settings and device display.

All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.


3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We accept payment via:

  • Mastercard
  • Eftpos
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.

If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.


4. ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from SSCHAFER.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • a product is unavailable
  • payment cannot be processed
  • pricing or product information is incorrect
  • fraud or misuse is suspected


5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Australia

We offer flat-rate domestic shipping for $10 AUD.

Orders are generally dispatched within one business day after payment has been processed.

International

International orders may take up to 8 weeks, depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.

Customers are responsible for all:

  • import duties
  • customs charges
  • local taxes
  • clearance fees

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.


6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including where you decide you no longer want the item, ordered incorrectly, or found it elsewhere.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or defective products

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@sschafer.com.au as soon as possible with:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the issue
  • a description of the fault

We will assess the issue in accordance with our obligations under ACL.

For approved faulty returns, SSCHAFER will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.

Return condition

Returned products must not be intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.

Original packaging is preferred where available, but lack of original packaging does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

  • text
  • logos
  • branding
  • lookbooks
  • graphics
  • campaign materials
